Not surprising. The heiroglyphic expression, "Keh Ra Kerjet" (cf. "Ke-Ra Kerjek" from predynastic Upper Egypt) translates as:"winner of prizes". It is usually portrayed as a stylized hand bearing a jagged edged object which some scholars have identified as a tooth.;)
